Shipping:

We strive to get your orders processed and shipped out as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

Domestic:

FREE USPS 5-7 day First Class Shipping to the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska when you spend $50 or more (delivery date is not guaranteed).

International Shipping:

Canada USPS First Class Package International $11

USPS Priority Shipping $35

 Once we ship a package, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service and the customer in the country of destination. If you feel that your local postal system is not reliable, please select another option or email us. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivery by tracking. Returns:

We hoped you'd love your purchase from Shop Puff, but if not, we offer returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery and free exchanges/store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in perfect condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
